GWELL EVA Cast Film Extrusion Line is purpose-built to manufacture photovoltaic encapsulant film for solar modules. Featuring constant-temperature cooling and precise thickness control, it effectively prevents premature cross-linking of EVA resin. Equipped with anti-stick calender rolls and our patented low-tension winder, the line operates stably at a running speed of 16 m/min. The integrated PLC control and real-time online monitoring produce uniform, low-shrinkage EVA encapsulation film for long-life photovoltaic module encapsulation.

1. EVA-Specific Extrusion System Fitted with a high-torque gearbox and purpose-built single screw. Circulating water cooling maintains temperature accuracy within ±1℃ between screw and barrel, preventing incomplete plasticization and premature cross-linking of EVA materials.
2. Precise Thickness Control A screen changer filters impurities to enable uninterrupted continuous production. The melt pump stabilizes pressure fluctuation at ±0.1MPa. Optional manual or automatic T-die works with an online thickness scanner to realize closed-loop adjustment, producing film with highly uniform thickness.
3. Anti-Stick Calendering & Low Shrinkage Forming Double-sided embossing rollers stop film adhesion. Accurate roller temperature control, combined with cooling rolls and a stress-relief bed, fully sets the film structure. It controls film shrinkage within 3% and eliminates finished film warpage.
4. Stable Haul-off & Precision Cutting Independent servo haul-off unit adopts wear-resistant nitrile rubber rollers to safeguard the film surface. The precision cutter provides clean, burr-free film edges.
5. Patented Low-Tension Winder for High Productivity Our patented low-tension winding system produces wrinkle-free rolls and reduces internal film stress. The auto relaxation cutting function cuts down raw material waste.
6. Full-Line Intelligent Control The PLC+HMI system enables simple fully automatic operation. Real-time online quality monitoring guarantees consistent batch-to-batch quality of photovoltaic EVA encapsulant film.
